Helix, lace weight yarn from La Bien Aimee and hand dyed in Paris France. This non superwash, light fingering weight yarn combines high-quality Falkland Merino with the unique Gotland wool fiber. Gotland wool is known for its wonderful luster and slight halo, making it reminiscent of mohair.

This light-grey fiber mixed with the bright white merino gives the Helix yarn an incredible sheen and depth of color not possible on our other yarn bases. LBA developed this lace-weight base to be knit alongside Felix, held double with itself or with Mohair to give you a Sport weight gauge.
